** Just in time for sailing season **
Description: Lancer 25' Sailboat. Can sleep 4, or up to 8(doubled up), below decks and 2 in cockpit(nice at night). I have a new job and don't have enough time in the day to finish a project boat.
Note: *** All the parts I have to finish will be included such as lights, switches, electrical panel and wiring, etc...
Equipment: ON BOARD TOILET(head). Lines, Life jackets, Sails(Main and 120% Gen) with Sail bags. 3 Winches(with handle). Fridge. Sink. Alcohol stove. Inboard 25 gallon water tank. ***Outboard engine (rebuilt 2 years ago) and 5 gallon gas tank are included in price. Bottom is three years old.
I won't lie. She needs work, but I have most of the parts(and they will go with her) just not the time anymore to do it. She sails true and I made almost 6 knots(close hauled) SOG, per the included full size Garmin GPS, bringing her home from getting the bottom done. Always regular monthly bottom cleanings have been done since then.
**Easy single hander but loads of space for friends.
